On Monday, September 19, I had the special honor of personally handing over the portrait I made of our Prime Minister Mark Rutte. It had been postponed several times because of the Covid lockdown and the war in Ukraine. But finally last week his agenda allowed time to receive the portrait. I had a pleasant meeting with him together with my daughter Florentine in Het Torentje on the Binnenhof in The Hague. He enjoyed his portrait very much! We had a extensive talk the three of us which I experienced as a very hospitable meeting.
